3. How do I buy a GIG or product?
- Browse the GIGs (services/products) available.
- Click on what you like to see more details.
- Click Buy Now and complete the payment.
4. What payment methods are available?
Right now, PayPal is supported. More payment options are coming soon!
5. Can I request a custom GIG?
Yes! You can contact a GIG Seller and ask for a custom order.
6. What if I don’t receive my order?
- First, message the GIG Seller to follow up.
- If there’s no response or delivery, you can open a dispute through customer support.
7. Can I leave a review?
Yes! After receiving your order, you can rate the GIG Seller and leave feedback.
🔹 For GIG Sellers (Vendors)
1. How do I become a GIG Seller?
- Sign up for a GIG Seller Account.
- Choose a membership plan.
- Set up your storefront and start listing GIGs.
2. What can I sell on Gigify?
You can offer:
✅ Freelance services (design, writing, marketing, coding, etc.)
✅ Digital products (ebooks, music, stock images, templates, etc.)
✅ Physical products (handmade items, merchandise, etc.)
3. How do I get paid?
- Payments are processed through PayPal (more options coming soon).
- You can withdraw earnings from your dashboard.
4. Does Gigify take a commission?
Gigify charges lower platform fees than Fiverr. The exact percentage depends on your membership plan.
5. Can I set my own prices?
Yes! You have full control over your GIG prices and package options.
6. How do I handle orders?
- You’ll get notified when someone buys your GIG.
- Deliver the service (or ship the product if it’s physical).
- Once completed, you get paid!
7. What if a buyer has an issue?
- Communicate with the buyer to solve any concerns.
- If needed, contact Gigify support for dispute resolution.
