Welcome to Gigify! By using our platform, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Gigify.

🔹 1. General Terms

Gigify is an online marketplace that connects buyers and GIG Sellers.
We provide a platform but are not responsible for the services or products sold by GIG Sellers.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

🔹 2. For Users (Buyers)

2.1 Account & Usage

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental permission to use Gigify.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must not use Gigify for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

2.2 Buying GIGs & Products

You can purchase GIGs (services) and products directly from sellers.
Payments must be made through the approved payment methods (e.g., PayPal).
Once a GIG or product is delivered, you can leave a review based on your experience.

2.3 Refunds & Disputes

Refunds are only available if the seller fails to deliver the service/product.
If there is an issue, contact the seller first. If unresolved, open a dispute through Gigify support.
Chargebacks without proper reason may result in account suspension.

🔹 3. For GIG Sellers (Vendors)

3.1 Becoming a GIG Seller

You must provide accurate information when signing up.
You are responsible for the quality and delivery of your GIGs/products.
Gigify may remove any GIGs that violate our policies.

3.2 Earnings & Payments

Payments are processed through PayPal (more options coming soon).
Withdrawals are subject to Gigify’s processing time and policies.
Gigify takes a small commission on sales, based on your membership plan.

3.3 Order Fulfillment & Cancellations

You must deliver services/products on time as promised in your GIG.
If you fail to deliver or violate policies, buyers may request a refund.
Frequent cancellations may lead to account suspension.

3.4 Prohibited Activities

No fake reviews, spam, or misleading content.
No selling illegal, copyrighted, or harmful products/services.
Accounts engaging in fraud will be banned permanently.

🔹 4. Platform Rules & Policies

4.1 Content & Behavior

You must not post or sell harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.
Respectful communication is required—no hate speech, harassment, or scams.

4.2 Account Suspension

Violation of any rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban.
Gigify reserves the right to terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent activities.

🔹 5. Limitation of Liability

Gigify is not responsible for losses due to failed transactions, disputes, or seller issues.
We do not guarantee the quality of any service or product sold on the platform.
